OT Tips and Tricks for to help kids to be on zoom
Lee-Anne Bloom, occupational therapist working with kids during shelter in place, talks about taking screen breaks. There’s a number of things that we can do to reduce screen and zoom fatigue: - Having eye breaks - Nature and mindfulness (birds, slugs, snakes, millipedes), - Using more printed materials - Ask a friend or another person for the information. It will also increase social interaction - Listen to a book or podcast vs. reading it online - Use the light adjustments on the screen (the brightness the amount of info on the screen, the size of the text), - Use blue-blocker glasses

Music is curated and mixed then played separately as you are guided through a series of movements to increase body awareness, dance, fitness, rhythm, and fine & gross motor skills.
