Service Description

1 in-person appointments for assessment (could take place at clinic or at school), questionnaire for the parent(s)/caregiver(s) and school staff (if appropriate) to complete, follow up 45 minute zoom call with parent(s)/caregiver(s) and other professionals (if desired) to go over results. Scores from the assessments will be provided.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid incurring additional fees.
